The original of the TG - 64 CS/11 stars is a very rare belt plate that sells in the $25 thousand dollar range.  Note the "red brass" metal.  The confederate foundries did not have the zinc used to turn copper into yellow brass. Most all the confederate cast belt plates were high copper content.
